This agreement outlines the terms of use for the digital files you purchase or downloaded. By purchasing and using these files, you agree to the following terms:

Definition of Personal Use

What You CAN Do:

What You CANNOT Do:

  • Use the designs for commercial purposes (selling products with these images, print-on-demand, mass production, business branding, etc.).
  • Upload the designs to print-on-demand services (such as Redbubble, Zazzle, Printify, or similar platforms) or any automated manufacturing service.
  • Claim the designs as your own or alter them for resale.
  • Use the designs to create new digital files for sale, including templates, clipart, or other derivative digital products.
  • Remove or alter any watermark or copyright notice if present.
  • Use the designs in any way that violates copyright laws, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Legal Notice & Consequences of Violating This Agreement

  • This license grants you limited rights to use the digital files under the conditions stated above. Copyright remains with mecaroma designs.
  • Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of these files may result in legal action, including financial penalties for damages and infringement.
  • By purchasing and downloading these files, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this license agreement.
