Commercial License Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms of use for the digital files you purchase or downloaded. By purchasing and using these files, you agree to the following terms:

Definition of Commercial Use

  • Commercial Use: Any use of the files where you or a business earn money or use them for promotional purposes. This includes selling physical or digital products, business branding, advertising, or marketing materials.

What You CAN Do:

  • Use the files to create physical products (apparel, stickers, mugs, signs, etc.) for sale, with a limit of 500 sales per design.
  • Use the files in marketing materials, including social media, advertisements, and websites for business promotion.
  • Modify the designs to suit your branding or product needs (modifications do not grant ownership of the design).

What You CANNOT Do:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the digital files in their original or modified form.
  • Upload the designs to print-on-demand services (such as Redbubble, Zazzle, Printify, or similar platforms).
  • Claim the designs as your own or register them as trademarks or copyrights.
  • Use the designs to create new digital products for sale, such as templates, clipart, or other derivative works.
  • Use the files for mass production exceeding 500 sales per design without purchasing an Extended License.

Extended License for High-Volume Sales

If you plan to sell more than 500 units per design, you must purchase an Extended Commercial License. Please contact us for details.

Legal Notice & Consequences of Violating This Agreement

  • This license grants you limited rights to use the digital files under the conditions stated above. Copyright remains with mecaroma designs.
  • Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of these files may result in legal action, including financial penalties for damages and infringement.
  • By purchasing and downloading these files, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this license agreement.
